A prototype war machine built by Babo scientists in their remote research facility on Velouria, Robo was recently rescued and activated by the B*D*I. He can disarm a targeted enemy with his Electron Whip, or he can send out his Magnopulse — an overpowering pulse of light and sound that causes all enemies nearby to drop their weapons.

With a flick of this power, Robo can make a targeted enemy drop his weapon.
Magnopulse
This disarms all foes foolish enough to get caught in the blast.
